Eliminate background noise: such as radios, televisions, running water, and other people talking. Either move away from the source of the noise, or turn the volume of the noise down.
 There can be much excitement this time of year, however let us not forget to protect our hearing.
If you are going to be very close to fireworks or loud activities, do not leave home without hearing protection! Happy 4th of July! HearSmart Audiology is hosting the next Hear My Dreams parent support group meeting on Tuesday July 9, 2013 from 7PM - 9PM.
