Ms. Amy Norman began working at HearSmart Audiology in May 2015. Ms. Norman has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University with a major in Human Resource Management. She is a Chelmsford native and enjoys spending time with her son, nephews and princess niece. You will get to know her when you call HearSmart Audiology as she answers the phone, registers our patients, schedules appointments in addition to many other helpful tasks. She will also assist you with insurance questions and making sure your appointment at HearSmart Audiology is pleasant and enjoyable.
